** Description changed: - New install of 12.04 LTS on compaq Presario CQ58. PC came with windows - 7, wlan range OK. Installing LTS12.04, wlan range is now 1-2 m. chip is - RAlink RT5390 ( lspci says 539a ), driver is rt2800pci.
