Can you please follow the directions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs
First try running iceape in safe mode by running iceape -safe-mode and see if
you can reproduce it
Than try to create a backtrace by following the insrtuctions on that same page
(replace iceape with firefox) should work.
Are you running compiz/beryl if so can you please disable it so when you log in
it doesnt start up with the desktop and see if it is reproducible then
