Public bug reported:

[IMPACT]

LibreOffice is the first application that uses the HUD-awareness
protocol (it doesn't update all it's menu items until the HUD is
opened). Due to a couple of copy/paste bugs in indicator-appmenu, the
HUD-awareness protocol doesn't work for exported window menu bars (only
application menus).

This means that menu items which weren't available (or disabled) when
LibreOffice started don't show up in the HUD.

[Test Case]

A good example is Table > Merge Cells, which is only enabled when
there's a selection with multiple table cells. It does not show up in
the HUD.

[Regression Potential]

None, the patch is trivial.
