Upgrading from Kubuntu 12.04 to 12.10, I get a popup box saying:

Could not install 'libjbig0'
The upgrade will continue but the libjbig0' package may not be in a working 
state. Please consider submitting a bug report about it.
no package named `libjbig0' is installed, cannot configure

Here's what I have:
