Public bug reported:
If dash not used for some time, or after user logged in, when user click
"ubuntu logo" to show dash, dash displayed and after some delay (two or
three seconds) rearranges application icons by last access time. If user
click needed icon before rearrange is done, wrong application launches.
Very annoying.
Reproduceable on all my PCs and notebooks.
Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS, Unity 5.16.0-0ubuntu1.
