Public bug reported:
In System Settings --> Login screen (Light DM) --> Theme I've selected both an
image file for the "Background image" and for the "Welcome Image".
The image thumbnails are displayed in the same setting page. I've then clicked
on apply and have provided the needed authorization.
None is displayed ad the subsequent logins, just a white background.
I would expect to see the selected images (whatever is the background and the
welcome image).
