I have installed the linux-image and linux-image-extra from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.7-rc1-quantal/
after rebooting, when I suspend or hibernate I can't resume it is stuck in a black screen in case of suspend and a purple one in case of hibernate I force the pc to shut down and boot again. When when the desktop is ready it alerts me with 2 errors it says I should report them to the bugzilla.kernel.com because I'm booting from a mainline kernel. I would like to know how to boot from a normal kernel, to reverse my last operation I can do more testing before that if you would like. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1068679 Title: [Hewlett-Packard Compaq 610] suspend/resume failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1068679/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
