Public bug reported:
When screen is locked using the system menu, or if the PC is put in
suspended power state, title of the active window is retained in the
title bar area in the top left corner. It should be blanked when the
screen is locked. That is how it was in previous version of Ubuntu
(12.04). When user sees the Unity Greeter password prompt, the title of
the program that was active just before screen lock or suspend is still
seen.
