smokemail exists here. i am not running Ubuntu so I cannot reproduce
this directly, but in Debian's 2.6.8-1 package, smokemail is present:
anarcat@marcos:~$ dpkg -L smokeping | grep mail
/etc/smokeping/smokemail
** Changed in: smokeping (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Invalid
