You seem to have many of PPAs enabled and a lot of third party packages
installed (383 to be precise) that are causing conflicts during the
upgrade (upgrading software from PPAs is not supported).

You should remove the third party packages by using ppa-purge and retry
the upgrade (cinnamon seems to be the main troublemaker according to the
logs you provided so I would start by purging all cinnamon related
PPAs).

As problems caused by packages from PPAs are something Ubuntu developers
can't really help you with, I'm marking this bug as invalid.
