I'm seeing something similar, but with the added benefit of clicking the
network-indicator>Network Settings..., my wired connection will lose its
connection too. To re-establish my wired connection I need to do the
following two commands:
sudo ifconfig wlan0 up
sudo dhclient -d -v eth0
Below are the messages in syslog when I hit Network Settings from the
network-indicator icon:
