After removing fglrx everything was fine. I did it before after reading this answer http://askubuntu.com/questions/202857/cant-install-ati- proprietary-drivers-in-12-10 .
See Xorg log in attach. Maybe in bug description I wrote not correctly with compiz. After installing fglrx and logging to system I saw only wallpaper and I thought that window managed hadn't started and the problem in compiz, but it was present in a running process. P.S.
