I managed to find a kit of fresh wireless driver source, and have
rebuilt the rt2800 drivers, which appearently includes the rt5390.
Rebuilding fixed the problem, and wireless is now working properly. My
problem is solved, but others will require new drivers in an update to
!2.04 LTS.
