I'm having the same issue. The problem seems to be the grub
configuration is pointing to the wrong filename. It's trying to load
/casper/vmlinuz.efi.signed which isn't in the disc image. By editing the
boot options to use /casper/vmlinuz I was able to boot successfully
without modifying the image.

I have no idea what the security implications are for doing this;
however, if others want to try you can do the following:

1) Boot to the grub menu
2) Press F2 (I think it was f2, the instructions at the bottom tell you) to 
edit the boot option
3) modify the section reading /casper/vmlinuz.efi.signed to be /casper/vmlinuz
4) press F10 to boot
