Can you attach the /etc/cups/cupsd.conf of the server?
Can you open a browser on the client and go to
http://<IP address of server>:631/
with <IP address of server> replaced by the server's IP address? This
should show the server's administration web interface. Can you also
browse around there, like showing the printer's entries, jobs, ...?
