Public bug reported:
When dragging a window to the side of the screen, then moving the cursor
down to the bottom and slightly to the right, I can reproduce this
issue. I would expect after releasing a click that the window's orange
resize rectangle would disappear if the cursor is not at the left/right
side of the screen; however it remains on the screen even after
releasing.
To reproduce on a single monitor system:
1) Click on a window and drag it to the right side of the screen.
2) Continue to drag all the way to the bottom right corner of the screen.
3) Drag slightly to the left of the bottom corner but with the cursor on the
bottom of the screen.
The result will be as shown in the attached screenshot.
This also affects precise.
