Public bug reported:

I use LibO 3.6.2 with Swedish language pack on Kubuntu 12.10 installed
through the package manager. In one dialogue window units are given in
inches. In Sweden units are measured in the metric system.

1. Choose Fontwork on the drawing toolbar, draw a figure.
2. Right click on the Fontwork figure and choose border. The units in the
dialogue windows are given in inches even if I have the metric system set for
LibO and Writer.

There does not seem to be any way to switch to the metric system, not
any apparent way anyhow.

The units should be set to the metric system automatically.
Alternatively there must be an easy way to change the settings.

In the attachment shows the dialogue with an arrow pointing to the unit
given in inches.
