as you've ask me to do, I've made some tests with the latest kernel :

linux-image-extra-3.7.0-030700rc2-generic_3.7.0-030700rc2.201210220428_amd64.deb
but the issue, still exist with the latest kernel.
I've stayed connected for about an hour, and i've get disconnected, and
i can't connect on wifi, but ethernet stills works (as always).
This latest kernel is very (very) laggy for a daily use, and eats all
cpu cycles for Xorg.
