The missing repository causing these updates to fail seem to be a Dell repository. I think it's safe to just disable it as its Precise counterpart seem to empty too.
Try this 1. Open Software Sources via Update Manager by clicking Settings button in the main window (if I remember correctly, it can't be directly found from Dash) 2. Go to Other Software tab 3. Find a line which refers to Dell or has the URL in message #2 4.
