Public bug reported:
For new documents, libreoffice chooses always "letter" paper. It is
expected, that documents are in A4 paper, because the locale ist set to
de_DE.UTF-8.
LibreOffice settings:
Tools --> Options --> Language Settings --> Languages --> Locale stting:
Default - German (Germany)
The locale settings are:
