Ok, we might have two bugs here: - For the global menu disappearing, is it only when opening a document from Nautilus, and does minimising + restoring fix it? If so, it's Bug #1064962, and you should mark it as affecting you - About the the "save as" having no effect, I have witnessed it but I am not sure how to reproduce it. Do you have a a list of steps to follow in order to reproduce this bug? And when it happens, are you able to use the shortcut effectively instead (shift+ctrl+S)?
