** Description changed:

  WHAT I DID:

I downloaded Zotero standalone from this page:
http://www.zotero.org/support/3.0#zotero_standalone
After opening the app via its executable, I locked it to the launcher by
right-clicking on its icon and selecting "lock to launcher".

  WHAT HAPPENED:
The icon was effectively locked to the launcher but jumped several positions
upwards (random number).
- Even though it was possible to close the app and open it again from the icon
during this session, after restarting the computer the icon was lost.
+ After closing the app, it wasn't possible to open it again from the launcher
(icon pulses but nothing happens).
+ Opening the app again from the original file would add a second identical
icon to the launcher.
+ After restarting the computer, the icon was lost.

  WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
- The icon should be locked to the launcher at its actual position, and should
stay locked to it even when the computer restarts.
+ The icon should be locked to the launcher at its actual position; it should
be able to use it to open the app again; and it should stay locked to it even
when the computer restarts.

** Summary changed:

- Launcher - Locking an executable to the launcher makes it change position,
and it is lost at restart
+ Launcher - Locking an executable to the launcher makes it change position,
doesn't launch the app and is lost at restart
