Hi,

About bios updates, everything is up to date.
Wifi network is secured (WPA2-PSK AES only).
No MAC Filtering.
Firewall is active from the setup of my wireless router.
cant access beacon interval on my router.
No tweaking on my wireless router since i've installed Ubuntu 12.04, a few
months ago.
Distance is less than a meter
Wifi N 150
All other devices connected (Windows computers, tablets, laptops) did not
experience disconnecting.

about wireless hardware in my computer : (lspci -v)

02:00.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9285 Wireless Network
Adapter (PCI-Express) (rev 01)
Subsystem: Atheros Communications Inc. Device 30a1
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 16
        Memory at fe9f0000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K]
        Capabilities: <access denied>
        Kernel driver in use: ath9k

I've been using before wireless connection a least a year before this
happens (formerly Xubuntu 12.04), recently i've moved to Unity for a
second chance ...

I've try to answer to everything i can.

Thanks for your help and support
