I'm using Quantal and found that this bug affects visual performance on my
videocard which is integrated NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE. Another words, the image
on the desktop freezes for a while. It is noticeable when I move windows or
watch video.
When I uncheck the framebuffer object option in CCSM -> OpenGL plugin the
visual experience improves, but is still far from the ideal. It becames
acceptable only when I disable Unity plugin, but it is ridiculous not to using
it. May be it is the driver's problem. I consider use the latest version from
official NVIDIA site which is 304.60.
The version installed on my machine now is 304.51.really.304.43-0ubuntu1
(nvidia-current) and Compiz version is 1:0.9.8.4+bzr3407-0ubuntu1
