Hello Gunnar, I've rebuild your packages using higher version number - gnome-control- center_3.4.2-0ubuntu0.6~precise and second time pkgstripfiles command in Baltix oem-archive PPA works fine (see https://launchpad.net/~baltix/+archive/oem-archive and bug #602579), so you can simply copy packages to your PPA: https://launchpad.net/~baltix/+archive/oem-archive/+copy-packages
