Public bug reported:
If a running virt suspends due to inactivity (such as Windows 7
defaults) the virt goes into a pmsuspended state. Once in this state,
it is no longer listed in the virt-manager display, but is listed in the
"virsh list" output. If the virt is resumed via "virsh pmresume $domid"
it immediately appears in the virt-manager list again.
The virt should remain displayed in virt-manager and users should be
allowed to resume the virt from the virt-manager interface rather than
having to find and resume the virt through virsh.
