I'm also affected and getting error messages like "cannot submit urb 0, error
-28: not enough bandwidth"
The recoignition of my usb x-fi is like "usb 1-1.4.4: >new full-speed USB
device number 8 using ehci_hcd".
So I can confirm this bug for kernel 3.5.0-17-generic in Ubuntu 12.10/Quantal
