Hi.

There is no tolerably hard way of modifying /etc/grub/10_linux
so that any kernel for ubuntu  would be "--unrestricted", but any recovery 
options still stayed locked.

This is sortof-regression. 
(In previous release, it was not necessary to specify --unrestricted and it 
worked as I expected
 - recovery modes locked, nonrecovery mode kernels unlocked)
