Public bug reported:

Pretty much every install from 11.0 through to 12.04 has returned errors
relating to Samba4. Now upgraded to 12.10 Quantal ?? and I am getting a
pantload of errors!!  But mostly tthe one above. Have run apt-cache show
samba4 and since I don't use it and did not seek to install it I
attempted to purge it but still it clings on. PANTS!
