As well, this is prohibiting I and others (at least 2 others w/ LibreOffice crash bugs) from reporting valid crash bugs on Launchpad (or at least knowing why the crash report was not reported via Launchpad). This is a regression in Quantal as I was able to report against .crash files via apport (ex. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/1069301 ). - Marking Triaged due to screencast, and High due to how this has "a severe impact on a small portion of Ubuntu users (estimated)". It is frustrating myself and others reporting crash reports via ubuntu-bug. As well, it is preventing effective triage against crash reports of LibreOffice.
