This is not our problem. When a particular translation for a certain component is completed at a satisfactory percentage, it is marked as good for tarball inclusion in svn. The tarball release script automatically picks the translations that are marked as such.
If a certain translation is not included, then it means it is not completed to a satisfactory level. We cannot do anything about it.
