Regarding to http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=bullet&searchon=names&suite=all§ion=all
the bullet library is available on Ubuntu12.10 Quantal. You can find it in software-center with the search term "libbullet". Closing this here as fix released. If there is from anyone the wish to get bullet backportet to a previous Ubuntu version, please get involved following this guide(and open a separate backporting request): https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports greetings melchiaros ------------------------------- P.S: Parts of the source of bullet are included in the 3D modeller blender, which is able to do physics simulations. -> 3D modelling requires in first stage no programming abilities, but is time consuming in other ways. Books and video tutorials are availabe on commercial channels(and free). ** Changed in: ubuntu Assignee: allsey87 (allsey87) => (unassigned) ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: Confirmed => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/614419 Title: [needs-packaging] Bullet Physics Library To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/614419/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
