The bug is that no matter the net activity, the action is triggered by
sentinella just after the time set is up.
I had reported this bug before on the sentinella bug-forum. I was told
there that the problem is at libsysactivity 0.6.3 package. I decided to
report it here because I could not find any clue of any report on this
issue.
