I'm using a new intel processor i7 and DZ77BH-55K motherboard.
Right after turning my computer on, my two fans run pretty quietly. Here is the

As you can see, the temperature is still low enouth, but the friquency
of fans almost twoced. I ran pwmconfig to controll them manually, but,
although, it detected them, it wasn't able to stop each one of them.

I suspect it is a kernel, so here is my uname -a:

Expected:
pwmconfig stops any fan.

Happend instead:
pwmconfig unable to stop any fan.
