Same problem here with fairly default settings. OS: Ubuntu 12.10 64bit upgraded from Precise Hardware: Core i5-3360M IvyBridge, current Intel drivers
Inactive windows for Nautilus look OK (slighly darker font compared to active, as by design), but Firefox and others consistently get a white titlebar background as shown in the screenshot attached by the original reporter. For me, they don't correct themselves or change in any way over time. Applications looking good: Nautilus, Evince, System Monitor, LibreOffice, most Accessoires entries (calc etc), ... Some programs with white inactive bg: Firefox, Thunderbird, gnome-terminal, Audacious, Mahjongg, Transmission, Geany, etc. I'm beginning to suspect that it's simply a theming issue, but why the weird split across applications? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1060108 Title: Title bars of inactive windows show graphic corruptions [IvyBridge] To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/compiz/+bug/1060108/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
