Catalyst 12-8 does not support Xserver 1.13 and is not going to work on
Ubuntu Quantal/12.10. You should remove 12-8 and just use the version
found in Ubuntu repo (or manually install Catalyst 12-11 beta).
This is not a bug with Ubuntu's fglrx package, so marking Invalid.
