Problem case:
1) Start Firefox
2) Start SPM (enter password)
3) Choose Report a Bug
4) Message is displayed: Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To
open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or
restart your system.
Success case:
1) Close Firefox
2) Start SPM (enter password)
3) Choose Report a Bug
4) Firefox launches, things work properly.
5) Leave firefox running
6) Choose Report a Bug
7) Things work properly...
