Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-lowlatency

I'm running Ubuntu 7.04 and linux-image-2.6.20-16-lowlatency. On a Dell
Inspiron E1505N with Ubuntu preinstalled. Since switching from the
-generic kernel, to the -low-latency kernel I have lost both suspend and
hibernate.

E.g., they won't even fully go into either suspend nor hibernate. I had
heard that there was an early issue related to the same thing with the
-generic kernel when Dell first started shipping, due to Dell's odd
partitioning scheme. I was wondering if this might be the same issue
with regards to the low-latency kernel?

** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
