* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/control: Add libtunepimp5-mp3 binary; split out so that it will
not go onto the Kubuntu CDs; Add explicit libmad0 dependency to
libtunepimp5-mp3 as dh_shlibdeps does not pick it up due to the
nonstandard file extension
- debian/libtunepimp5.install, debian/libtunepimp5-mp3.install: Move
mp3.tpp to libtunepimp5-mp3
- Update Maintainer field to match Debian-Maintainer-Spec
