So, now temporary files are saved in the 'Videos' folder, if this one is
not available the fall-back is 'Documents' and then lastly '$HOME'.

If user decides to save the file it is then simply renamed to whatever
user wanted. If user decides to edit the file then temporary file is
renamed to Kazam_Screencast_XXXX.YYY where XXXX is the first incremental
number available and YYY is the extension for current encoder and
container (mp4, webm, avi, ...).

Videos and Document folders are selected based on users .config/user-
dirs.dirs file which is maintained by the system.

This should solve most of the problems with temporary files.
