Public bug reported:
libdap build-depends on libcurl4-gnutls-dev, and the libdap-dev package
also depends on that version of libcurl-dev.
I need to install libdap-dev alongside a package that requires libcurl4
-openssl-dev, which is incompatible with libcurl4-gnutls-dev, so I built
a new libdap-dev after replacing the libcurl4-gnutls-dev dependency with
libcurl-dev. The new package passed all of the libdap tests.
