Public bug reported:
I user Shutter 0.89 from the official repos of ubuntu 12.10. When i
define a custom location for saving the screenshots it has no result.
The files are saved to my home folder, even when i save the settings as
a profile. So the app ignored my settings completely.
Fresh install of ubuntu 12.10 and just installation of shutter over
software-center.
