Public bug reported:
There seem to random spikes in CPU usage for no apparent reason in
Qbittorrent. These spikes also cause network my torrent download and
upload to speeds to drop to 0 KiB/s temporarily then increase back to
normal. Sometimes these spikes will stay 100% and won't stop until I
kill the process.
I can't include steps to reproduce this behavior since I don't know the
cause but if it helps I am using an IP filter.
