Public bug reported:

After running the update manager and the 470 updates/patches and rebooting on a
Dell Vostro 2420 laptop the display flickers, especially across the top edge of
the screen. After several reboots, it does not go away. and bluetooth will no
longer pair with the bluetooth mouse, which it did before updates.
Luckily I created a backup image and restored back to the default state.

I will not run updates again, because I can't pinpoint what part of the update
package is the problem.
Is there a better way run updates, from Dell perhaps?
Thanks for your help.
Stephen
