Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* debian/control: Build-Depends on libtest-deep-perl, fix FTBFS
(Closes: #691850)
Ubuntu changes has been adopted by Debian. It should be safe to sync
directly from Debian now.
