The helpfile states:
"When the Keyboard shortcuts option is disabled, Ctrl+Alt+Delete is the
only key combination which will not be sent to the remote desktop.
Choose Remote ▸ Send Ctrl-Alt-Delete, or use the corresponding toolbar
button, to send this key combination."
The problem being that this isn't an option. The entry isn't even listed
in the Remote menu.
