It seems that both WQY MicroHei and WQY ZenHei stuck now, i.e., there is 
little, if any, new development.
The current state is that WQY ZenHei has more glyphs available (~27,000 VS 
~20,000).

I wonder whether you proposed change would cause regression for some
users.
