Your changelog entry claims to add libevent1-dev to Build-Depends, but
libc6-dev (>= 2.13-20) is added instead. I build forked-daapd in
pbuilder without the additional libc6-dev build dependency successfully.
Therefore I synced forked-daapd 0.19gcd-2.1 instead of your merge.
