Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* debian/control:
Replace versioned recommends on texlive-base-bin to its successor
texlive-binaries.
This is now a transitional package without any Recommends. This delta is
therefore irrelevant.
Changelog entries since current raring version 1.1.1-15ubuntu1:
cweb-latex (1.1.1.debian.1) unstable; urgency=low
* Become a transitional package; simply depend on texlive-latex-extra;
this package will be removed post-wheezy
