I'm not trying to argue with you. This is a Google-bug, sure! But, the
fact that a Firefox extension (yes, the app comes with an extension and
this is the cause of the crash) can bring down the whole Firefox browser
doesn't look so good.

This is like saying that an user-space application can corrupt the
kernel. I was expecting some sandbox-ing for the extension or at least
some crashlog so that I can detect the extension with a defect without
trial and error.
